Almost there! Before proceeding, we kindly ask you to provide your Unique Student Identifier (USI). A USI is your individual education number for life. It also creates an online record of your Australian training achievements

If you have undertaken any vocational education and training (VET) since 2015, you may already have a USI.

Find your USI

If you have forgotten your USI, you can retrieve it by using one of the following in just a few minutes. You can use have the following options to retrieve your USI:

  • Email Address
  • Mobile Number
  • Personal details and check questions
  • Personal details and an ID document

Creating a USI

Create a USI

As a registered training organisation, we can create a USI on your behalf with your consent and the details from either your current Drivers Licence, Medicare card or Proof of Age card.

What's the 10 digit number that is featured on the front of the card?
What's the number referenced before your name on the card?
What's the colour of the card?
What's the Month of expiration?
What's the Year of expiration?
What's the state that issued the Driver's Licence?
Your Driver's Licence number
This is the ID of the card and changes each issuance.
