Step into an evening of celebration as we honour the incredible accomplishments of our graduates at the 2025 Strategix Graduation Ceremony.
Graduation is a unique and exciting experience that you should embrace as part of your study journey and is a wonderful way for your achievements to be recognised with your closest friends and family who have supported you along the way.
All students attending graduation will receive an award commemorating their achievements. These awards provided are only available to attendees who attend the graduation ceremonies.

Ticketing Information
Student tickets
Students who are eligible to attend graduation will be sent an email invitation approximately 2 months before graduation. If you have not received an invitation but believe you are eligible to attend please contact us before registrations close.
Students must purchase their tickets before registrations close by using the correct online form which will be sent in the email invitation. After purchasing their tickets, students will receive an email confirmation which must be shown when checking in.
No late registrations can be accepted as this time is needed to prepare the awards for the ceremony.
The process for purchasing guest tickets will vary depending on the ceremony. Please refer to guest ticketing on this page for more information.
Student tickets are non-refundable unless Strategix is required to cancel or postpone the event.

Friends and family of students attending the graduation ceremony in Queensland can purchase their tickets directly through Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC). Spaces are limited so we encourage you to book quickly.

Students attending the graduation ceremony will be able to purchase tickets for friends and family when they purchase their student ticket. Further instructions and a link to purchase tickets will be provided with their email invitation.
What to expect
This is an exciting and formal event to celebrate your achievements and to wish our graduates well as they pursue further study and career goals. Each attending graduate will receive a limited edition award to recognise their achievements. A dedicated Selfie Wall will be set up as the perfect spot to snap photos with your classmates, trainers, friends and family. There will be no professional photographer so make sure to bring your phone or camera to capture these moments.
The limited edition awards presented on the night are only available to those who attend graduation.
What to wear
Diploma students
Diploma students will be robed in a black gown, hood and motarboard and donned with an Orange sash.
We recommend wearing smart casual attire and comfortable shoes. You may be required to walk up and down some stairs as part of being presented with your award.
The hire and cleaning cost of the gown is included in your graduation ceremony fee.
Students will collect their academic attire upon arrival at the venue and will return them at the conclusion of the ceremony.
Certificate II, III and IV students
Students who completed a Certificate level III or IV will be presented with their award in their own attire. The dress code for the night is smart casual.
We recommend wearing smart casual attire and suitable shoes. You may be required to walk up a small flight of stairs as part of being presented with your award so please bear that in mind with your shoe selection.
