Request for USI Transcript

Hi !

As your training provider we need access to your USI transcript. To access your USI transcript, we will need you to log in to the USI Student Portal.

In the student Portal. Navigate to and select the View VET transcript menu.

  1. 1. Read and acknowledge the Transcript Disclaimer, then click Next

  2. 2. In the VET transcript details area, use the check boxes on the left to select all training records (for a full transcript) or specific training records (transcript extract).

  3. 3. Click Download Transcript.
