If you wish to transfer to another RTO and you have not completed more than six (6) months of study of the principal course you can only do so under certain circumstances as outlined in International Student Transfer Information .
If you feel you meet one or more of the "certain circumstances" mentioned in the International Student Transfer Information and wish to enrol to study with another education provider, you must include in this withdrawal application:
Evidence to support the transfer being in your best interest may include; emails between staff and the student, evidence of meetings with support staff or documents provided by psychologists, counsellors or medical practitioners etc.)
Evidence to support that you have been misled when enrolling may include; emails, official documents, marketing materials, etc.
Generally no refund is due after course commencement, should there be extenuating circumstances, consideration of a refund (full or proportionate) may be applicable.
Refunds will be considered as per Fee Refund Information . Requests for a refund can be submitted at this stage or you can submit a request through the Refund Form at a later date.
Details of the refund process were outlined in the written agreement that was signed upon enrolment. Please contact Strategix if you require a copy.
If your refund application is denied you will be notified in writing and your funds will be held in credit for up to 12 months for you to return to study.
Refunds will take at least 2 weeks to be processed. Insufficient or incorrect bank details will delay this processing time.
Please ensure you attach supporting documentation for your Refund Application to be assessed. Failure to supply sufficient supporting documentation will delay the application process.
