Graduation Staff Registration

Graduation is an unmissable event and a really special time to be able to see the joy of students who are receiving recognition for their studies and the opportunity they’ve had to change the course of their lives. We welcome you to join us in this special moment which allows us to reflect on the positive change we’re making to individuals and families.

Location: QPAC Concert Hall, South Brisbane

Ceremony Start Time: 6pm

Ceremony Finish Time: 8pm

Staff check-in: As this is a ticketed event, the best way for staff to enter without purchasing a ticket is via stage doors. There are dedicated check-in times:

12pm, 3pm or 4pm

To assist us in coordinating the event we ask that you arrive on time. If you would like to attend but cannot arrive at one of the scheduled times please detail that below and we’ll try to make arrangements.

Note: Please ensure you check with your manager to ensure that there are no issues leaving your regular responsibilities early.

Travel and Parking: The most convenient parking and cost-effective option will be at Performing Arts Car Park P1. Contact Tim Rota if you have any parking or travel-related questions. Carpooling is recommended.
